> The Bayarcash wallet is deprecated. Bayarcash now deducts its fees from each transaction before it pays out to your bank account. You do not need a wallet balance. This page stays only as a record. See [Payouts](/payouts/).

Your Bayarcash wallet holds your account balance. Every time you receive a payment through Bayarcash, we deduct the transaction fee from your wallet. You must keep enough balance in your wallet to cover these fees, or payments will fail.

## How your wallet works

The wallet balance decreases each time a transaction fee is charged. You can refill it whenever you need to.

There are two ways to manage your wallet:

1. **Manual reload** - You top up the wallet yourself whenever the balance runs low.
2. **Auto-reload** - The system automatically tops up your wallet when the balance reaches zero or goes below it, by taking money from your daily collection. The minimum auto-reload amount is RM5.00.

Which method you use, your wallet is ready to charge fees for every payment your customers make.

## Tips

**Set up auto-reload if you process many payments.** Auto-reload keeps your wallet topped up automatically and prevents payment failures due to low balance. You control the minimum amount the system tops up, so you decide when it refills.

**Check your wallet balance daily.** Open the **Wallet** section in your dashboard to see your current balance and top-up history. You can also download receipts of wallet reloads for your records.
