# Connect HighLevel to Bayarcash

The Bayarcash app for HighLevel adds Bayarcash as a payment provider in your HighLevel account. Your customers pay in MYR. They can use FPX, DuitNow, buy now pay later, credit cards, Line of Credit, e-wallets and Cross-Border QR. The app works with your order forms, funnels, invoices, payment links and online store.

## How your customer pays

1. Your customer clicks **Pay** at checkout.
2. A new tab opens with the secure Bayarcash checkout. Your customer pays there with a channel that is enabled on your Bayarcash account.
3. When the bank approves the payment, HighLevel marks the order as paid automatically.

## Before you start

You need these before you set up the app:

- An approved Bayarcash merchant account. To get one, see [Sign up for Bayarcash](/sign-up/).
- Your **Personal Access Token (PAT)** and **API Secret Key**. See [Find your API keys](/api-keys/).
- A HighLevel account where you can install apps.

## Install the app

[Install the Bayarcash app from the HighLevel Marketplace](https://marketplace.gohighlevel.com/integration/6abb57bff9fc8bc28d7b0e9e). The app is free.

After the installation, test mode works immediately on the Bayarcash sandbox. You do not need sandbox keys to try a payment.

## Add your keys

1. Open the app's **Configuration** tab.
2. Paste your **Personal Access Token (PAT)** and **API Secret Key**. Your portal loads automatically.
3. Save to go live.

Use the keys from your live merchant dashboard. If the app does not accept the keys, make sure that you copied all of each key. See [Find your API keys](/api-keys/).

## Choose test or live payments

On each payment link, invoice or form, choose **Test** or **Live** under **Payment Mode**.

- **Test** uses the Bayarcash sandbox. No real money moves.
- **Live** takes real payments into your Bayarcash account.

Make a test payment before you share a live link with customers.

## Good to know

- **One-time payments in MYR.** Each payment must be from RM 1.00 to RM 30,000.00.
- **Refunds.** Refund your customers from your own bank account.
- **Subscriptions.** Bayarcash will add recurring payments to the app later.
- **Customers without an email** can still pay when you set a fallback email.
- **Payments appear in Transactions** on your Bayarcash merchant dashboard. See [Transactions](/transactions/).
- **A channel works only if it is enabled on your account.** See [Payment channels](/payment-channels/).

## Common issues

### A customer asks for a refund. Can I refund from HighLevel?

No. The Bayarcash app does not send refunds. Refund the customer from your own bank account.

### Can I charge a subscription or a recurring payment?

Not yet. The app takes one-time payments only. Bayarcash will add recurring payments to the app later.

### My customer cannot pay because the amount is not in MYR.

Bayarcash takes payments in Malaysian ringgit (MYR) only, from RM 1.00 to RM 30,000.00. Set the currency of the order, invoice or form to MYR.

### My customer has no email address. Can they still pay?

Yes. Set a fallback email in the app. Bayarcash uses it when the checkout does not have the customer's email.
